Returns & Exchanges

At Toyworld, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
